HIP HOP & HOUSE DANCE INTENSIVE 10 WEEK COURSE

 

Course Dates: Saturday 13th October- Sat 15th December 2012
Time: 3pm-5pm
Venue: LA Talent Studio- unit D10, 27-29 Fariola St, Silverwater
Cost: $200 (10 weeks) Casual fees not available due to the nature of the course and the required commitment to achieving and completing the course.

Course includes:
>Hip Hop and House Dance Foundation/Vocabulary and variations
>Freestyle and battle techniques.
>Choreographing Hip Hop and House.
>Body conditioning and strengthening to enable correct execution of movements.
>Body awareness and executing choreography with attention to detail.
>Stamina and confidence building exercises
>Homework!



What to bring: New Notebook, Change of clothes, lot’s of water.
Make sure you wear flexible training clothes and suitable footwear to avoid injury!
NO Jeans, Fitted Pants, Boots without spring/support.

Insufficient numbers will result in course cancellation.
